Eligibility
Our services are open to individuals aged 18 and above. For individuals below 18, parental consultation is required. Only individuals 18 and above can a sign up with our product brand, become a brand ambassador, or register as a marketing affiliate. Our products are currently available in India, while services can be accessed globally. Third Party Product Brand rights are reserved by Modicare.

Payment is due upfront for all plans. Prices may vary.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

For 30-Day and 90-Day ShapeShift Challenge Plans: Cancellation before the starting date may allow full refunds. No refunds for partial months or after the session starts.

For Free 30-Day and Free 90-Day Shapeshift Challenge Plans: Entry fees are non-refundable after cancellation.

For Membership: Members can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial years.

For Skin Treatment Plans: Consultations can be cancelled. Refunds will be provided for cancelled consultations, excluding used consultations.

Product Return Policy
We accept returns for products with wear & tear or manufacturing defects. In Guest Mode, you can return your product within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
