Third Party Shipping Policy (Modicare)
Modicare's shipping policy includes shipping charges of 77 INR for orders under 2000 INR, with no charges for orders of 2000 INR or more. Damaged or incorrect products should be reported within 24-48 hours through online service requests or email, including details like MA number, order number, damaged product image, and product code and quantity.
Shipping Charges:

Advisor and My Modicare shop orders have a delivery charge of 77 INR if the order value is less than 2000 INR.

No delivery charges are applied to orders valued at 2000 INR or more.
Damaged Products:
If a box is completely damaged or shattered upon delivery, mention it on the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Report the issue within 24-48 working hours through the Online Service Request on the website/app or by emailing support-modicare@modienterprise.com with the necessary details.

Provide the MA Number, Order/Invoice/Packing list Number, damaged product image, and damaged product code and quantity.

The company will evaluate the damage and issue a replacement if necessary.
Incorrect or Short Products:

Report any discrepancies in quantity or product received within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, says Modicare.

Include details like Order Number, Product name/quantity of shortage/damage, and a copy of the packing list/damaged product.
Self Pick-up:

For self pick-up, ensure compliance with E-Way and other documentation to avoid GST penalties.

Repeated failure to pick up orders within the specified timeframe can lead to suspension of the self-pick-up option.
